The guy described eating it as :
very rich, but there's not a lot of taste to it, per se. It
tastes like fat, but not as "fatty", if that makes any sense at
all. You eat it more for the texture.
The texture reminded me a little of cooked foie gras in that it
just melts in your mouth as you bite into it..
